Best Western Rewards® members (“Member(s)”) who (a) register for the Promotion (either on bestwestern.com/rewardsrush1 or as otherwise permitted (e.g., at the front desk of any Best Western® branded hotel in the United States, Canada, or the Caribbean Islands), (b) stay two (2) eligible nights* between Tuesday, February 18, 2020 and Monday, April 20, 2020 (“Promotion Period”) at a Best Western branded hotel in the United States, Canada or the Caribbean Islands, and (c) have a valid email address listed in the Member’s account profile at the time of registration for the Promotion, will earn a free night voucher redeemable at any Best Western branded hotel in the United States, Canada, or the Caribbean Islands.
There is a limit of one (1) free night voucher a Member can earn during the Promotion Period. Promotion registration and Best Western Rewards enrollment/membership required prior to the first eligible night applied to the Promotion. Eligible nights completed prior to Promotion registration and Best Western Rewards enrollment/membership will not count towards satisfying the Promotion requirements. Best Western Rewards enrollment may be completed by visiting bestwesternrewards.com.
The free night voucher will expire 70 days after fulfillment. Expiration date will be stated on the free night voucher. Free night voucher redemption reservation must be completed by calling 1(800) 567-4009. Free night voucher can be redeemed at any Best Western branded hotel in the United States, Canada, or the Caribbean Islands. Free night voucher redemption subject to hotel availability.
No extensions, substitutions, or replacements available. Promotion is non-transferable. Promotion is subject to cancellation or change without notice. The free night voucher will be sent electronically to the Member’s email address (regardless of whether the Member has opted out of Best Western communications). Please allow approximately 2-3 weeks from completion of the eligible nights to receive the free night voucher. Free night vouchers will not be sent via mail or any other means other than to the Member’s email address as registered in the Member’s account profile. All Best Western Rewards program rules apply. Members who reside anywhere worldwide can participate in the Promotion.
*An “eligible night” for the purpose of this Promotion is defined as a night at any Best Western branded hotel in the United States, Canada, or the Caribbean Islands, at a rate eligible for earning points or airline/partner rewards, with the exception of a night booked through an online travel agency, a night booked through a tour operator, or a night booked at a special discounted rate (see Best Western Rewards program rules for further information on eligibility criteria). Multiple check-in/check-out at the same property with less than 24 hours between checkout and check-in will only count as one eligible night stay. Eligible nights which take place during the Promotion Period must be completed on or before Monday, April 20, 2020 to be counted towards the Promotion. Eligible nights which take place during the Promotion Period, but which have a check-in date that overlaps the beginning of the Promotion Period, will be counted towards the Promotion.
